Where do you ship to?

We ship almost everywhere in the world! Shipping costs vary from country to country, but you can get a shipping estimate when you check out. Here's a list of our current shipping locations:

How long does shipping take?

Anywhere between 5 and 10 working days for domestic orders, and up to 28 working days for international.

How do I track my order?

We use a combination of Sendle and Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get an email with your tracking number for either service.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Faulty Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

Change of Mind Returns

Please note there is no returns on signed paperbacks unless faulty

If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price if it meets the following:

  1. The items must not be personalised;
  2. Where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an alternative refund tender will be offered;
  3. Items must be in original sale condition (unused with original tags/labels attached);
  4. You may be asked to provide photographs of the item as proof of purchase/proof of condition; 
  5. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; an
  6. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
  7. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for change of mind returns

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed within 48-hours of a request being approved.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Unfortunately not. We're only offering refunds at this time.

How can I get my book in your store?

We're always looking for more authors to add to our store. If you'd like to have your books stocked, fill out the form below:

Do you have a bricks and mortar store?

Not yet! But we are working on it. Our hope is to open our store in 2025.

Can I opt to pick up my order?

Unfortunately, not at this time. So sorry!

How often do you get new stock?

We love books here at the Romance Mafia, so we'll have new titles on our shelves at least twice a month.
